On September 9, 1970, I signed up for Thinkers of Education Indore's delivery service at their North Rafael, Maine location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $950.65, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Darrell H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
