I'm writing to complain about the repair service I received from Design Professionals. After paying $932.74 for account, I found that it was denied a refund. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Hailee T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Design Professionals called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
