Unresolved issue with TrueBuy product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7628-MIX-7072 placed with TrueBuy on August 29, 2011. I paid $189.77 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rose H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
