I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Med Professionals Osaka Inc.. After paying $373.84 for package, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Lizeth P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
