I am writing regarding order #ORD-1351-SDU-1744 placed with Med Professionals Osaka Inc. on March 25, 1976. I paid $445.89 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Emelie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
