On May 25, 1970, I signed up for The Study Learning's technical assistance at their North Earnestfurt, Hawaii location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $370.70, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gaylord A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
