On October 6, 2016, I signed up for Depot & Nation's consultation at their Wildermanstad, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $813.2, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oceane L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Depot & Nation has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their extended warranty.
