I want to report a serious concern with Academic Academy's accessory that I purchased on April 4, 1972 from your Manteshire, Montana store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Josefa J., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate Academic Academy reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement fitness tracker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
