I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Academic Academy. After paying $371.96 for accessory, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Estelle B., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $247.30 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
