I am writing regarding order #ORD-3199-BZV-3343 placed with CloudChip Networks Group on May 29, 2011. I paid $253.14 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trinity G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate CloudChip Networks Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement subscription box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
