CloudChip Networks Group tech support failed to resolve issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3199-BZV-3343 placed with CloudChip Networks Group on May 29, 2011. I paid $253.14 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Trinity G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 10, 2025 05:26I appreciate CloudChip Networks Group reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement subscription box has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
