I want to report a serious concern with Properties Bros's gadget that I purchased on November 28, 1970 from your New Vernonhaven, Alaska store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Louie A., but my issue remains unresolved.
