Unsatisfactory resolution from Physicians Institute Holdings

I want to report a serious concern with Physicians Institute Holdings's software that I purchased on June 19, 1988 from your East Hyman, South Carolina store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dallas G., but my issue remains unresolved.
