I have been a loyal customer of Physicians Institute Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered software (order #ORD-7640-ASC-2344) on January 30, 2015, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
