Overcharged by Finds Hub for service

I have been a loyal customer of Finds Hub for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-9557-LYY-2012) on April 20, 1980, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
