I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Fusion Applications. After paying $648.13 for membership, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Skyla P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 17, 2025 05:55I want to acknowledge that Fusion Applications has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $150.91 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $150.91 for a specialty food item that never worked properly.
