System crash after Fusion Applications product update

I want to report a serious concern with Fusion Applications's application that I purchased on June 19, 1981 from your Port Elaina, New York store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Katelin E., but my issue remains unresolved.
