Delayed delivery from Authentic Table Essentials Coventry

I have been a loyal customer of Authentic Table Essentials Coventry for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2057-LGP-4482) on June 2, 2002, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 02, 2025 05:48I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Authentic Table Essentials Coventry called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
