I'm writing to complain about the upgrade service I received from Solicitor & Firm. After paying $255.36 for accessory, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Reyna S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After my initial complaint, Solicitor & Firm contacted me to troubleshoot the prepared meal. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
