I have been a loyal customer of Institute of Academy for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-4173-XNS-6907) on May 12, 2000, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
