I purchased a membership from Design Partners on March 17, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Sabrina K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Design Partners called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
