I want to report a serious concern with True Outlet's platform that I purchased on February 8, 1983 from your Emardborough, Montana store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Eladio K., but my issue remains unresolved.
