Frustrated with True Supply Enterprises's lack of response

I purchased a software from True Supply Enterprises on October 12, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nannie G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
