I purchased a software from True Supply Enterprises on October 12, 2002. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nannie G. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from True Supply Enterprises called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
