On June 8, 2017, I signed up for United-Development's troubleshooting service at their North Princesstown, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $569.98, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gertrude F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I want to acknowledge that United-Development has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $102.12 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $102.12 for a microwave that never worked properly.
