Properties Management refused to address issue

On July 3, 1976, I signed up for Properties Management's technical assistance at their Boylefort, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $130.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Michel N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
