On January 23, 1974, I signed up for Representation, Representation & Team Rio de Janeiro's training session at their New Brown, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $329.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Carlotta C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The restaurant order from Representation, Representation & Team Rio de Janeiro not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
