I want to report a serious concern with Elite Alliance's solution that I purchased on April 23, 2006 from your East Freemanfort, Maryland store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Krystina C., but my issue remains unresolved.
