Med Practice Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of Med Practice Ltd. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2967-EHB-9075) on February 12, 2003, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
