I am writing regarding order #ORD-5738-AMT-9999 placed with Med Practice Ltd. on December 26, 1998. I paid $766.64 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Okey I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
