I purchased a product from Med Practice Ltd. on January 19, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jennifer S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

Apr 29, 2025 06:00I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The wireless speaker from Med Practice Ltd. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
