I want to report a serious concern with Dynamic Structures & Sons's account that I purchased on February 28, 2015 from your Port Major, Oregon store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Virginia N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Dynamic Structures & Sons called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
