I'm writing to complain about the warranty service I received from Tech-Core. After paying $644.97 for platform, I found that it received incorrect information. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Vladimir D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with James Young from the Service Excellence at Tech-Core, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
