On April 8, 2021, I signed up for Tech-Core's repair service at their Goldnerstad, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $146.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Willa J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
