Tech-Core refused to address issue

I purchased a unit from Tech-Core on July 25, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Augusta M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 13, 2025 05:58I want to acknowledge that Tech-Core has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $270.45 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $270.45 for a subscription box that never worked properly.
