I am writing regarding order #ORD-6375-EEF-1771 placed with Institute of University on July 27, 2008. I paid $945.0 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Annamarie R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with David Rodriguez from the Quality Assurance at Institute of University, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
