I want to report a serious concern with Institute of University's device that I purchased on September 19, 1994 from your Danielleside, Nebraska store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Kaden O., but my issue remains unresolved.
