I have been a loyal customer of Robo Intelligence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered plan (order #ORD-5182-NLE-6846) on December 24, 2023, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
