Misleading advertising by Robo Intelligence

I purchased a item from Robo Intelligence on July 4, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Keira T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 26, 2025 05:40I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The meal kit from Robo Intelligence not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
