Frustrated with Robo Intelligence's lack of response

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2405-ZZE-3846 placed with Robo Intelligence on July 17, 2018. I paid $827.90 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bradford V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
