Poor customer service experience with Education Center of Success

I purchased a account from Education Center of Success on August 6, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced stopped working after two weeks. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Katheryn U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
