I have been a loyal customer of Reliable Works & Sons for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-7749-UHT-2246) on August 7, 2008, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
