I'm writing to complain about the technical assistance I received from Homemade Food Delights. After paying $417.24 for item, I found that it experienced long delays. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mazie T., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $312.89 refund only covers part of what I paid for the maintenance contract, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
