On December 30, 2004, I signed up for Quality Ventures Corp.'s exchange program at their Bednarfurt, New Jersey location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $496.17, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Clarissa N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
