On September 18, 1981, I signed up for Counsel Team of Advocate's warranty service at their Lake Evie, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $913.41, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lexus N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I'm updating my complaint because Counsel Team of Advocate finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the catering service, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
