I have been a loyal customer of Counsel Team of Advocate for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-9746-AIZ-8957) on November 17, 1998, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Counsel Team of Advocate still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium membership.
