I have been a loyal customer of Select Residence Johor Bahru for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9608-LFL-7160) on March 29, 2003, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

The situation with Select Residence Johor Bahru has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the expedited shipping, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-0EB6B47E multiple times.
