I purchased a plan from Diagnostic Institute on November 24, 1993. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Elisha P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate Diagnostic Institute reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
