Poor customer service experience with Land & Partners Hamburg LLC

On May 7, 1972, I signed up for Land & Partners Hamburg LLC's customer support at their Corkeryville, North Dakota location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $429.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Afton W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 26, 2025 05:16I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The vacuum cleaner from Land & Partners Hamburg LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
