I am writing regarding order #ORD-3751-FMX-1056 placed with Defense Group Inc. on July 19, 2000. I paid $41.49 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maxime S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

May 16, 2025 05:22After my initial complaint, Defense Group Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the restaurant order. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
