I'm writing to complain about the setup assistance I received from Defense Group Inc.. After paying $847.49 for item, I found that it faced system outages. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Rachel P., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 16, 2025 05:26Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $283.17 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium account, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
