I purchased a platform from Education Scholars on April 20, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Aletha V. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
